Situation Analysis and Performance
Kiboga district has 113primary schools, of which 87 are government–aided schools, the 16 privately owned schools and the 31 secondary schools is crucial. Most of the primary schools have been covered. However in some cases of about 60 School no single tank is there. The privately owned schools are worse off. In most of our schools latrines were constructed as the classrooms were. However due to natural calamities such as bad weather etc. These latrines have sunk.
In some cases they are inadequate or incomplete. So their / reconstruction and maintenance is a big problem. So it needs addressing this concern. (See some examples which need urgent attention)

The Sector is one of those which have been dynamic and changing all the time. Another serious departmental staff gaps on the Education Conditional Payroll are the required Head teachers of various Grades: 1 H/T Grade I; 14 H/Ts Grade II and 30 H/Ts of Grade III.
